If we miss the delivery deadline we committed to, that sale's pack is free.
We don't guarantee turnout, sell-through, or revenue. Nobody honestly can, so be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the work: finished, on time, ready to paste and send.
FAQ
Do you need my passwords or account access?
No. Packs are paste-ready files for your own accounts. For the buyer email, we either deliver the finished email for you to send from your platform or — only with your written OK — build it in your email platform as an added team member. We never share logins, and your buyer list stays in your account, exportable by you at any time.
Do you price or appraise items?
No. Pricing is your expertise and your call. We write clear names and descriptions for the items you choose to feature. We never value anything.
Do you run auctions or handle the sale itself?
No. We never handle items, money, or buyers at the door, and we don't offer auction services of any kind. We handle the writing and production before the sale — the part that eats your evenings.
What do you need from me?
The photos you'd normally take for the listing, the sale dates and address, and any terms you want included (payment forms, parking, discounts on later days). One email gets it started.
How many sales can you take on?
We're a small desk, not an agency floor. The founding cohort is 6 companies; when it's full, new clients join a waitlist. That cap is real — it's how we keep the Thursday deadline honest.
What if my sale is this weekend?
If photos reach us less than 5 days before sale day, rush is +$75 when we have room. If we can't meet the deadline, we say so before you pay anything. The guarantee above covers any deadline we do commit to.
